UB Hauptbahnhof 7.00 am - Inside Marieke's head: so terribly cold and my bag(s) are so immensly heavy. I see my own breath... where is that train? Just hoping that I don't have to share my cabin with some horrible people (flashback to 2 years ago, my Trans Siberian adventure). It's so strange to leave Mongolia but at least I'm going to Beijing first before going home. Stay away from my bag with snacks you fool, that's my survival kit for the next 30 hours. What shall I eat first, my sandwiches or cookies? 1 hour further...
The train arrived and I appeared to have great cabin mates: 1 girl form New Zealand, 1 girl from Spain and a guy from Argentina. Time passed by quickly.
Beijing: crazy running Chinese (in my head: how can people from neighbouring countries be so different? Mongolia is so peaceful), but I couldn't see my breath it was about 23C degrees. Great weather! Had some good times again, it was a quick run through all my favourite spots: Wangfujing, silk street, Houhai and "De Boom (The Tree)".
Now back home but probably not for long... next story will be coming from Thailand again and probably sooner than you'll expect. In 3 maybe 4 weeks. Till next time, take care of yourselves and each other!

Trollie!!! Ben blij dat je weer veilig in de (Almere) Haven van Nederland aangekomen bent! Misschien tot de kerst, dan gaan wij lekker oliebollen in Bangkok eten....jammiejammiejammie
